  • What is allowed?

    Bringing food and drinks is prohibited. Caterers with food and drinks are on site. 

    Belt bags, handbags and gym bags up to a maximum of DIN A4 format Suntan lotion in mini format.

  • What is not allowed?

    GoPro cameras, selfie sticks

    Film/video cameras

    Professional digital cameras (photo) with a higher resolution and image quality than normal consumer digital cameras and which offer the same setting options as professional digital cameras (free control of exposure time, aperture, flash intensity, color balance).

    Professional SLR cameras with zoom lenses

    Sound recorders of all kinds

    Glass, cans, plastic bottles

    Weapons of all kinds

  • Do you offer preferential conditions for people with disabilities?

    For wheelchair users or visitors with a B mark on their disabled pass, the following rule applies: one accompanying person is admitted free of charge (one accompanying person per ticket). Proof of disability must be presented at the concert entrance.

    There are no separate tickets!.

  • Is there a separate area for wheelchair users and where is it located?

    There is a separate area for wheelchair users. Wheelchair users will be instructed by stewards.

  • Is there an age limit for the concert?

    The current version of the Youth Protection Act applies. This means that children and young people have the following access rights:

    Under 14 years: no admission

    Age 14 and over: 10 p.m.

    Age up to 15 years : 11 p.m.

    Age up to 16 years : 24 o'clock

    Exception rule: If accompanied by parents/legal guardians or an accompanying person authorized by them in writing, admission is permitted until the end of the event. This letter must also include a telephone number where a parent/guardian can be contacted immediately.

  • Can I go to the concert alone if I am not yet of legal age?

    Under 14s may only attend the concert when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please make sure that you can identify yourself accordingly.

    If you are under 16, you will need a so-called “Muttizettel” (guardian's authorization) if you are not accompanied to the concert by your parents but by a person of legal age who is responsible for your upbringing. The parent's note must also include a telephone number where a parent or guardian can be reached immediately.

  • What can I do if my admission ticket is lost, damaged or stolen?

    If your ticket is lost, damaged or stolen, we are unfortunately unable to issue you with a new ticket. Please be aware that we cannot make any exceptions in this case.

  • Does the concert also take place in the rain?

    The concert will also take place in the rain. Please bring appropriate clothing. Umbrellas are not permitted.

  • Can I take a folding stool etc. onto the grounds

    Tickets for these events are exclusively for standing room only. For safety reasons, seating such as folding stools, etc. may not be taken onto the grounds.

  • Is there a restricted area in front of the stage?

    There are so-called breakwaters in front of the stage. The principle of “first come, first served” applies here. Separate tickets are not available for this area.

    Exception: Wheelchair users are given a separate area.


  • Where can I park?

    Parking spaces are available on the grounds at “Straße der Freundschaft 29”, follow the signs.
